How do I play?

Fit wooden pieces into the 8 × 8 board. Fill an entire row or column to clear it and make room. Drag a piece onto the board, or select a tray piece and tap a cell. The cell you tap anchors the piece’s top-left corner.

Classic is an open-ended score chase. Journey has 96 authored puzzles across eight bear habitats. The Daily Picnic gives everyone the same puzzle and 30 moves; it refreshes at midnight UTC.

Where is my progress?

Bearloom saves on your device automatically. Open the same mode to resume an interrupted puzzle. In Settings, “Sync milestones with iCloud” lets you carry stars, records and den decorations between devices using the same Apple Account. Current boards and unspent honey stay with each device.

Keep the app installed while asking us about a missing save. Deleting it removes local boards and currency. Cloud milestones may return if you turn sync on again.

Restore Keeper’s Club

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, connect to the internet, then open Settings → Restore Purchases. Keeper’s Club is a single purchase: it removes automatic ads, adds unlimited hints in Classic and Journey, and unlocks the optional brass block finish. Daily Picnic rules stay the same for everyone. All eight bears and habitats remain earnable for free.

If Apple says a purchase is pending, wait for it to finish. For billing or a refund, use Apple’s purchase support. We cannot access your payment details.

Sound, movement and accessibility

Settings has separate controls for woodland music, block and bear sounds, gentle haptics, and symbols on every block. Bearloom follows your device’s Reduce Motion setting. You can place pieces with taps, including with VoiceOver.

An ad or hint did not load

Ads need an internet connection and available inventory. You can keep playing when no ad is available. A rewarded hint is granted after the advertising service confirms completion. Closing an ad early may not earn a hint. Where required, Settings includes “Advertising privacy choices.”
