Bearloom

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 8, 2026

A little peace
of mind.

Bearloom is published by Dylan Krause. You can play without creating a Bearloom account. This policy explains the game’s data practices and this support website.

Your game and your device

Boards, preferences, honey, progress and reward records are stored on your device. Optional iCloud sync sends a progress record, including milestones, counters and currency totals, to your private Apple Account storage. The game merges stars, records and den milestones between devices; it does not merge unspent honey or active boards. You can turn sync off in Settings.

Apple services

Apple processes payments and provides purchase verification and restoration for Keeper’s Club. We do not receive your payment-card details. If you use Game Center, Apple handles your Game Center profile, leaderboard scores and achievements. Your sharing settings with Apple determine how that information appears to other players. iCloud and Game Center are subject to Apple’s privacy policy.

Advertising

Bearloom uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Optional rewarded ads offer extra hints. Occasional automatic ads may appear after successful Journey results, after at least 15 minutes of play and with frequency limits. Keeper’s Club removes automatic ads; rewarded ads remain optional.

Google’s SDKs can process IP addresses (which may estimate general location), device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions, product interactions, crash information and performance information to serve ads, prevent fraud, measure advertising and maintain the service. Restricted ad treatment does not mean that no data is processed.

Bearloom requests child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment for all players, G-rated ad content, non-personalized ads and restricted data processing. Publisher first-party identifiers are disabled. Bearloom does not request Apple’s tracking permission. Available advertising privacy choices appear in Settings when Google indicates they are required. See Google’s advertising privacy information and Google’s privacy policy.

Diagnostics and network requests

Game events are recorded in local device logs. Apple’s MetricKit supplies diagnostics that the app keeps locally. Bearloom does not send a separate analytics stream to a developer server. Apple may provide app diagnostics under your device’s sharing settings.

The game requests a small advertising-frequency policy from this website. The request contains ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, but no Bearloom player identifier or game progress. Website hosting providers may process standard request logs for delivery and security. This support site has no advertising or additional analytics scripts.

Support and sharing

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and resolve support issues, retaining it only as needed for those purposes or legal obligations. Please do not send passwords or payment details. Result images and replay videos are shared only when you choose a destination in Apple’s sharing interface.

Your choices and deletion

You can disable optional cloud sync, change available ad privacy choices, and manage Game Center through Apple. Removing Bearloom deletes local game data. Cloud milestones and Apple purchase records are separate; manage iCloud app data through your Apple Account settings. Disabling sync alone does not delete existing cloud data.

For access, correction or deletion requests about support information we hold, contact dmkrause07@gmail.com. Apple and Google handle requests for information they control under their respective policies. Your rights may depend on where you live.

Children and changes

Bearloom does not ask for a name, date of birth, email address or other direct personal information inside the game. Its ads use the restricted treatment described above. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child may have sent to support.

We will update this page when the game’s data practices change and change the effective date above. Contact Dylan Krause at dmkrause07@gmail.com with privacy questions.
